Axio Commercial Real Estate has welcomed Zach Cytryn and Vincent Lim to the firm. This partnership with Axio marks a continued expansion of the firm’s restaurant and retail real estate expertise in the Denver market.

Zach and Vincent have built a strong presence in Denver’s restaurant and retail real estate market through their work as Fuel & Iron Realty. Their partnership with Axio represents a natural alignment, bringing their relationships, deal experience, and hands-on approach into the firm’s existing business.

“We’ve built our business around the restaurant and retail community in Denver,” said John Livaditis, president of Axio. “Zach and Vincent complement that in a meaningful way. Their experience and perspective add depth to what we already do and strengthen the value we bring to our clients.”

The addition enhances Axio’s ability to deliver a more robust and comprehensive service offering, particularly in tenant representation, landlord advisory, and restaurant-focused real estate strategy.

This move reflects Axio’s continued growth and its commitment to expanding its expertise while maintaining a highly local, relationship-driven approach.
