With 30+ years of experience in institutional sales, family office development, and UHNW/HNW relationship management, Lonny brings an invaluable perspective to Monfort’s growing investment platform. He’ll play a key role in deepening strategic relationships and supporting capital initiatives across Monfort’s expanding pipeline of transformational projects.
DCPS Appoints Gio Sierra as Director of Safety & Risk to Elevate Safety Standards

DCPS, a Colorado-based commercial property services contractor and a Class A general contractor, announces the appointment of Gio Sierra as its director of safety & risk. This strategic hire underscores DCPS’s significant focus on enhancing safety on job sites, protecting both employees and individuals on properties they service.
Gio is a bilingual Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with a strong background in the construction industry. He has supported high-profile projects, including those in airports and data centers, valued at more than $400 million.
“With a passion for focusing on protecting people and cultivating a culture of safety, combined with his extensive qualifications and experience in the construction industry, Gio will bring a significant impact on our commitment to worker safety,” said Dale Heims, owner of DCPS.
A cornerstone of Gio Sierra’s approach to safety is rooted in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), which he utilizes to drive lasting change by aligning safety practices with individual behavior and organizational culture. His foundational knowledge is underpinned by his bachelor’s degree in environmental, health, and safety applied sciences, and his qualifications are further bolstered by his professional accreditations, including his certifications as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).

Howell Construction Welcomes Frank Tejada, Tammy Cox, and Lauren Mills to the Team


Howell Construction announces the addition of Frank Tejada as field superintendent, Tammy Cox as accounting specialist, and Lauren Mills as coordinator, further strengthening Howell’s commitment to excellence in project delivery and team support.
Tejada joins Howell as field superintendent, bringing five years of experience in the construction industry. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Technology, Frank has contributed to projects ranging from $200,000 to $74 million, including multiple Walmart developments and a Westin Hotel in Georgia. In his role, Frank will oversee project execution, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness, and uphold quality control standards. He is currently supporting the Bluff Lake Nature Center project, which includes a new visitor center and campus improvements.

Cox joins Howell as an accounting specialist, bringing 15 years of experience in the finance industry, including a specialized focus on accounts payable management. Over the past three years, she has developed a strong interest in the construction sector and is eager to expand her knowledge and skills in the industry. Tammy will oversee the accounts payable process and provide support to the accounting team, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
Mills joins Howell as coordinator, offering eight years of experience in residential construction administration. At Howell, Lauren’s primary focus will be supporting the estimating department, while also providing cross-functional assistance to other departments as needed. Her organizational expertise and team-oriented mindset are already proving to be valuable assets.
