Liz Meyers of Kairoi Residential Receives Multiple Awards

With over 14 years of leadership in multi-family, Liz brings expertise in social outreach, marketing, relationship building, and property operations. Having managed for over 30 clients in 10 states she is well versed in lease-ups, value add, repositioning, and all classes of asset types.
Her history in design and understanding of residents’ needs has led to her being a sought-after pre-construction consultant on luxury ground-up developments as well as spearheading thousands of unit renovations and many other capital improvement projects. Liz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Communications and Psychology from the University of Montana.
Capstone Companies Adds New Senior Investment Advisor
Capstone Companies announced the addition of Kevin Woolsey as senior investment advisor to its apartment team. In this role, Woolsey is responsible for being a leader in apartment sales throughout the Denver metro area.
Kevin brings a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a proven track record of success in multifamily sales. Kevin’s work ethic will be instrumental in continuing his success in this ever-changing market.
