With over 13 years of industry experience, Zach Peachey joins Howell Construction as safety manager. Zach began his career as a Waste and Storm Water Technician for the cities of Denver and Arvada, and most recently served as a municipal inspector for the City of Arvada. Throughout his career, Zach has consistently demonstrated a dedication to enhancing safety standards and streamlining operations. His in-depth knowledge of municipal safety practices will be instrumental in further strengthening Howell’s in-house safety program.
Crissy Lodmell joins us with a strong foundation in project coordination, leadership, and cross-functional teamwork, developed through more than eight years of experience in education, marketing, and operational planning. Crissy is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), recognized for her exceptional
organizational and communication skills. Her sharp attention to detail, passion for process efficiency, and natural leadership will be invaluable as she supports our project teams through every stage of delivery.

Highside Companies Announces Latest Corporate Appointments


Denver-based real estate firm Highside Companies announced the addition of four new members to its team. Trisha Grisko now serves as vice president of asset management; Robert Plimpton as director of finance; Terry Waldick as controller; and Lisa Sandro has assumed the role of executive assistant.
Grisko brings more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience across national portfolios to her role as vice president of asset management. A strategic and results-oriented executive, Grisko previously served as vice president of sales for Spark Hotels. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice, Wyndham and Extended Stay America, and has proven success in scaling organizations, driving market growth, development, and performance through cross-functional strategy and high-impact team development. Grisko has a robust track record of optimizing asset performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences, has earned multiple industry certifications and has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including HSMAI’s Best of the Best.
With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate finance and executive leadership experience spanning a wide range of asset classes, Plimpton will be an immediate impact to the Highside team as our director of finance. Skilled in FP&A and information technology, he’s held previous roles at Prologis, Spirit Realty Capital (now Realty Income), Invitation Homes, Progress Residential and Northwood Investors. Plimpton holds a BS in economics and philosophy from Boston College, as well as an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.


Waldick brings more than a decade of real estate experience to the controller role, in public and private sectors at Capmark, Hunt Companies and Alden Torch Financial. He has experience supporting multiple mergers and acquisitions, leading and directing change management and business continuity activities, and technology and systems implementation. A Certified Public Accountant, Waldick graduated from Kent State University with a BS in accounting.
An accomplished and results-driven administrative assistant and organizational leader, Sandro has spent over two decades working with executives and businesses in the Denver Metro area. She has a high-level focus on C-Suite support, with an emphasis on administrative management, record management, event planning, technology and human resources. With a B.S. from Colorado State University, Sandro has held positions with Care Synergy, Paladina Health and most recently Semaphore Family of Companies, a financial service, YouTube business services and investments company.
