CBRE Promotes Ryan Link to Executive Vice President in Denver

CBRE announced that Ryan Link has been promoted to executive vice president. Based in Denver, Link specializes in tenant representation for office occupiers across Colorado and nationally. He is a member of CBRE’s Law Firm and Tech Media practice groups. Since joining CBRE in 2013, Link, along with his partners Rob Link and Harrison Archer, has completed over 40 million square feet of lease and sales transactions.

Link has been recognized multiple times as one of the Top 20% producers nationally at CBRE in 2022 and 2023, and he is also a Top 10 producer in Colorado in 2023. His professional success has not gone unnoticed outside of the company. Link has been named a DMCAR Heavy Hitter in 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023. He is actively involved in his community through organizations such as Denver City Lax, Colorado UpLift and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

He is a Colorado native and a graduate of Penn State University, where he captained the Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse team and earned the George Pittenger Award for Leadership in 2012.
Small Giants Names Marketing Veteran Nicole Matt as Marketing Director

Matt comes to Small Giants with nearly 19 years of professional experience, ranging from sales to communications within marketing agencies. Matt is a Valley native, graduating from Mountain Ridge High School in Glendale before earning her B.S. in Advertising & Public Relations from Northern Arizona University.
