Gilmore Construction Corporation announced that Trevor Gray has joined the company as director of preconstruction and estimating, and Ryan Campbell as senior project engineer and MEP expert.

With more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Gray has built a career leading estimating, preconstruction, and project delivery across aviation, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. He is recognized for building strong client partnerships, integra0ng construc0on technology, and guiding teams on complex projects valued at more than $1 billion in project value.
Gray has held key positions with industry leaders, including Rider LeveP Bucknall, Turner Construction, Suffolk Construction, and Austin Commercial. His track record includes successfully managing cost strategies for iconic projects, such as the Austin Convention Center ($1.2B), the United Airlines Flight Training Center Building H12 ($110M), and the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Stadium of the Future ($1.25B).

Ryan Campbell
With nearly 25 years of experience and as a licensed Master Electrician, Campbell brings deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction, which will be instrumental in Gilmore’s continued growth. Campbell’s career spans the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. He has led large field teams, managed complex installations, and driven operational efficiency through Lean construction practices.
As Gilmore focuses on more mission-critical projects, Campbell’s technical expertise and operational insight strengthen the company’s ability to provide clients with the confidence that their most complex and essential projects are in capable hands. His appointment underscores Gilmore’s commitment to delivering elevated service through in-house expertise, problem-solving, and seamless collaboration.
