Howell Construction Welcomes Sam Hughes as Project Manager

Howell Construction announced that Sam Hughes has joined the company as project manager, bringing over seven years of experience leading complex construction projects in Advanced Industries, Federal, and Mission Critical sectors.

With a strong background in CM/GC and design-build delivery, cost control, and team leadership, his proven ability to manage complex projects and foster collaboration among clients, design partners, and trade partners will further strengthen Howell’s commitment to delivering excellence across all markets.

“Sam brings a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership that fits perfectly with Howell’s collaborative culture”, said Todd Johnston, operations manager at Howell Construction. “His experience managing sophisticated, fast-paced projects and his ability to build strong relationships with clients and trade partners will make him a great addition to our team.”

Hughes’ collaboration approach and passion for innovation align closely with Howell Construction’s mission of building trust through quality and teamwork. A graduate of Colorado State University, Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC), serving on the Subcontractor Relations Committee, and has previously contributed to the AGC Future Leaders Forum and Data Center Young Professionals of RMC.

Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has bolstered its Denver office with the addition of Billy Byrne and Lindsay Brown, who join as executive managing directors and partners. Byrne and Brown will now lead Stream’s Denver operations, bringing decades of expertise and a proven track record of advising clients across industries. 

Byrne and Brown previously launched and grew Hughes Marino’s Denver office, where they established one of the city’s most respected tenant representation practices. Collectively, they have negotiated more than $1.5 billion in transaction consideration, representing millions of square feet of Fortune 500 companies, law firms, oil and gas companies, and technology users.

Byrne and Brown are joined by a team of four professionals, further enhancing Stream’s Denver platform. Marc Feldman joins as senior vice president, and Tyler HermanAnna Quattlebaum, and Greg Paugh as vice presidents. Together, the expanded team brings expertise in tenant representation, workplace strategy, and corporate consulting, positioning Stream Denver for significant growth across service lines.
