Kristen Richter Joins Peregrine Hospitality as Chief Commercial Officer

Peregrine Hospitality, a full-service hospitality company known for its precision, agility, and ownership mindset in managing world-class resorts and hotels, announced the appointment of Kristen Richter as chief commercial officer.

“Kristen is an exceptional commercial strategist with deep experience in the global luxury and upscale hotel space,” said Greg Kennealey, CEO of Peregrine Hospitality. “She has an impressive ability to connect commercial strategy with execution, and her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to optimize our sales, marketing, and revenue strategies across the portfolio.”

Richter joins Peregrine Hospitality from Accor, where she served as chief commercial officer for the Fairmont and Raffles brands, overseeing commercial strategy across sales, revenue, digital, loyalty, and distribution. Her career also includes senior roles as head of Global Sales at Sonder, chief commercial officer for the Americas at Radisson Hotel Group, and senior vice president of Global Revenue Management at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

With more than two decades of experience driving top-line growth across multiple segments, Richter will oversee commercial strategy, revenue management, sales, and marketing for Peregrine Hospitality, focusing on optimizing revenue channels and advancing profitability across its growing portfolio.

Richter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Collegiate Peaks Bank Promotes Jaime Warner to Commercial Lender

Collegiate Peaks Bank, Division of Glacier Bank, announced the promotion of Jamie Warner to commercial lender. Jamie will continue to serve customers and clients throughout the bank’s mountain region of Chaffee County.

Ms. Warner has been with Collegiate Peaks Bank since 2018, when she began her career as a customer service representative. Since that time, she has quickly risen through the ranks, achieving three promotions due to her leadership and customer service skills, along with her willingness to learn.

She has a long history of customer service in her professional career, and previously worked for the U.S. Forest Service and Colorado Parks and Wildlife. She is passionate about and takes a great deal of pride in helping people. In addition to her professional career, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Chaffee County. She moved to Buena Vista with her husband in 2013 and has been able to fully pursue her love of the outdoors.

Reese Reynolds Named Vice President of Human Resources at Encore Electric

Reese Reynolds has been named the new vice president of Human Resources at Encore Electric. This is a new role within the Encore Electric leadership team, created to support the people of Encore Electric and provide strategic human resources expertise for the growing organization.  

Prior to joining Encore Electric, Reynolds served as global head of HR Transformation for Lockheed Martin in Denver, where he led human resource efforts for various secure communications satellite business units, and leading HR transformation for the global enterprise.

Reynolds comes with a wealth of hands-on leadership experience in all areas of human resources, including recruiting, training, benefits, compensation, and more. With an eye for building relationships, Reynolds seeks to deepen the existing connections between human resources and operations functions throughout Encore Electric.
