Cator, Ruma & Associates Announces New President

As Cator, Ruma & Associates continues to evolve and strengthen its commitment to excellence in consulting engineering, the company shares important news regarding a meaningful leadership transition within the firm. As of December 31, 2025, Jim Lazzeri will be retiring as president, and Blake Winter will be named the new president of Cator, Ruma & Associates. This change will honor our legacy, while positioning us for continued success in the years ahead.

Jim has been an essential force behind Cator Ruma’s growth and success from 1994 to today. His dedication, leadership, and commitment have helped shape both our firm and the people within it. While we will miss his daily presence, we are confident that our friendship will continue well beyond his well-deserved retirement. Monfort Announces Kenneth Monfort as New CEO

Monfort Companies announced that, effective Jan. 1, 2026, Kenneth Monfort will assume the role of chief executive officer, with Alon Mor transitioning to executive chairman. This evolution reflects both the momentum of our firm and our focus on long-term growth across real estate, private equity and entertainment investments.

As CEO, Kenneth will lead the company’s overall strategy, operations, and investment activity, building on Monfort’s deep Colorado roots and advancing its commitment to projects that deliver lasting value.
