Denver Union Station has announced that OGO Kitchen is now open inside the landmark train station, offering a fresh take on Korean barbecue and sushi for commuters, office workers and downtown residents.

Created by Chef Jackie Cho, the OGO Kitchen’s mission is simple: to share the flavors that Chef Cho grew up with through portable meals that are wholesome, balanced and bursting with personality. Chef Cho is a Korean‑American chef with more than two decades of culinary experience.

OGO Kitchen occupies a 1,992-square-foot space inside Union Station, where the former Stoic & Genuine restaurant once stood. OGO reimagines Korean home cooking and sushi through a modern, fast‑casual lens.

“I wanted to create a place where you can enjoy the bold Korean BBQ I learned from my mom and the sushi I’ve perfected over the years” she said. “We’re here for the people who move fast but still crave real food.”

At OGO Kitchen, every dish is crafted daily using fresh ingredients, delivering convenience without compromise. Guests can enjoy signature Korean BBQ bento boxes and bowls featuring fire-grilled bulgogi, spicy pork, and vegan bulgogi, all served with crisp vegetables and house-made sauces. The menu also includes grab-and-go sushi rolls and nigiri, with classics like salmon and tuna alongside Chef Cho’s unique twist of topping inari pockets with Korean BBQ meats. For a quick lunch or picnic, gourmet kimbap offers a satisfying option, packed with savory bulgogi, egg, and fresh vegetables.

OGO Kitchen is designed for Denver’s on‑the‑go lifestyle. Patrons can pre‑order meals or reserve limited‑quantity sushi online at OGOKitchen.com, ensuring their favorites are ready when they arrive.

Chef Cho believes that “good food brings people together,” and she extends that philosophy to the boardroom and beyond. OGO Kitchen will also offer catering for corporate meetings, apartment socials and large events. The team will work with each client to curate bento boxes, sushi platters and Korean BBQ spreads that accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and budgets.

OGO Kitchen is located at 1701 Wynkoop Street inside Denver Union Station. It is now open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
