National developer PMG has secured $107.5 million in construction financing for Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek, a boutique condominium project marking the debut of the storied Waldorf Astoria brand in Colorado. Financing was provided by Maxim Capital Group. The transaction was led by PMG’s Capital Markets team composed of Andrew Warman, Jonathan Blank, and Paton Marion in coordination with in-house counsel Lowell Plotkin, Lindsay Davis, and Scott Buscemi. Alexandra Lehson of Bilzin Sumberg served as PMG’s transactional counsel, and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck served as land use counsel. MMPS (Mavrides, Moyal, Packman & Sadkin) served as Maxim’s transactional counsel. Dawn Raymond of Kentwood Real Estate is leading sales for this project, with limited inventory remaining.
