DENVER Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate advising firm specializing in tenant representation, has announced that the firm’s Denver office has relocated to new Class A space at 1125 Seventeenth Street.  The new 8,500-square-foot space on the building’s 23rd floor is more than double the size of the firm’s previous Denver office at 1050 Seventeenth Street.

“When we decided to reconstitute the Denver office we set out to build a culture that would produce exceptional comradery, teamwork and information sharing to ensure that every professional would be able to reach his or her highest potential,” said Savills Studley Executive Vice President, Director and Central Region Lead, Rick Schuham.

“After all the Denver employees were able to express their views and opinions on location and building options, Midtown and 1125 Seventeenth Street were the overwhelming preferences.”

1125 Seventeenth Street is a 25-floor 492,799-square-foot Class A office tower in Midtown, featuring easy access to major parkways and rail lines. In 2017, Hines in partnership with Pearlmark and another institutional investor acquired the property. A major renovation is currently underway which will include a complete lobby renovation, addition of a tenant lounge, conferencing facilities and outdoor space, spec suite program and many other upgrades.

Featuring stunning mountain views, Savills Studley’s new Denver space was designed to support the office’s modern, collaborative, egalitarian and energetic business model. The Denver office selected RNL for design and architecture for the new space. I2 was the General Contractor. To promote collaboration and productivity, the office features Front Range views and sightlines for every employee.

Savills Studley’s Denver office opened in 2001. The Mile High City’s only global tenant representation firm, Savills Studley has aggressively expanded its presence in Denver over the last year to meet the city’s growing reputation as a global destination for international space users and investors.

In addition to the relocation to upgraded space, Savills Studley has more than doubled its roster in the market over the last year. Key hires since January 2016 include regularly recognized DMCAR Top Office Brokers Todd Roebken and Greg Bante, formerly of JLL; former Cresa Denver Chairman Brendan Fisher; and 35-year veteran real estate advisor and project management expert John Hammett, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield.  With over twenty of the Denver market’s top professionals Savills Studley is poised to continue to attract the best and brightest in the industry.

Positive industry and community engagement are part of Savills Studley and the Denver office’s core values. Over the last year, the Denver office has sponsored or volunteered at events supporting the Mile High United Way, Greenhouse Scholars and Volunteers of America, among other organizations.
