Steamboat Springs is set to elevate its luxury hospitality landscape with the introduction of The Stockman, bringing Auberge Collection’s distinctive portfolio of high-end hotels and residences to the market in 2030. Slated to break ground in 2026, the nine-story development will be strategically positioned at the base of Steamboat Resort, offering prime ski-in, ski-out access and celebrating the timeless spirit of the American West.

The Stockman, Auberge Collection is being developed by Stockman Development LLC, led by Marquee Development, and is located at 1965 Ski Time Square Drive.
Designed by OZ Architecture with interiors by Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects, The Stockman, Auberge Collection will introduce 59 spacious guestrooms and suites, each expertly appointed with hand-crafted furniture, inviting textures and elevated Western-Inspired finishes—the perfect place to land after a day on the slopes or exploring Steamboat Springs. The resort will be a destination for epicurean pursuits, with three standout culinary venues: a signature destination restaurant, an après bar with an outdoor ski-up deck featuring casual bites and sweeping mountain views, and a cozy Living Room bar with an exceptional craft cocktail program—all with outdoor patios and al fresco seating.
The Stockman, Auberge Collection will also introduce a Wellbeing by Auberge concept complete with a full-service spa and pool. This wellbeing destination will celebrate the joy of thermal bathing through a sensory journey of heat, water, herbs, and contrast designed to restore energy and encourage social connection.
Vibrant all-season gourmet programming and one-of-a-kind experiences will bring residents and visitors together with winter adventures, including a bespoke ski-butler service and spirited après experience, while the warmer months invite exhilarating outdoor and poolside pursuits.
The Stockman’s 95 residences, ranging from one to five-bedroom mountain homes, are offered beautifully furnished, blending slope-side sophistication with easygoing comfort. Interiors embrace a contemporary interpretation of Steamboat’s Western heritage, blending refined mountain architecture with Auberge Collection’s personalized service and sense of place. Honoring the storied Western heritage of Steamboat Springs, the development is crowned by 13 exceptional rooftop “Barn” residences—an architectural tribute reimagined for modern alpine luxury.
