DENVER – Texas-based developer Argyle Residential and architect Meeks + Partners are in the process of adding two new apartment buildings to the Denver skyline, a high rise development in the Jefferson Park neighborhood and another in Downtown Denver.
13th and Delaware Apartments
Located on a 0.35-acre site at the southeast corner of 13th and Delaware in downtown Denver, this apartment project recently began site work and has an estimated opening of March 2019.
The 14-story tower sits in Denver’s Civic Center and features a 9 over 5 metal stud design. The apartment community will have a total of 176 studio, one and two-bedroom options ranging from 328 sf micro-units, to 1,062 sf. 2-bedroom floor plans with a monthly rent of $1,000 – $2,750.

Jefferson View Apartments
Slated to break ground fourth quarter 2017, with a planned opening date of August 2019, this 12- story tower, which overlooks Interstate 25, will be among the tallest structures in the neighborhood and feature an 8 over 4 metal stud design.
The apartment community will have a total of 248 one and two-bedroom options ranging from 579 nrsf, to 1,222 nrsf. with a monthly rent of $1,350 – $2,950. Each apartment will come with one parking space per bedroom.
