Vertix Builders Celebrates the Opening of Durango MOB

Vertix Builders, a culture-focused construction company specializing in healthcare projects, has announced the successful completion of the new Mercy Medical Office Building and USPI Durango Surgery Center next to Mercy Hospital in Durango. The company celebrated the opening of the facility on July 15, along with doctors and staff. The team included Welltower, MedCraft, Boulder Associates, e4h, and USPI.

The two-story building is 37,000 square feet and includes a 14,500-square-foot surgery center with three operating rooms. United Surgical Partners International is a surgery center operator with facilities across the nation.
