Five new complexes totaling nearly 1,300 units were added to the Denver Business Journal’s Crane Watch map, including McWhinney’s 12-story complex called Sova at 19th and Grant and a permit for a 375-unit apartment complex called Vue at Mile High, in the West Colfax neighborhood.Trammell Crow Co. and DCT Industrial also broke ground recently on industrial projects in Englewood and Aurora.
