DENVER – JLL recently secured a 10-year lease on new office space for Swisslog Healthcare Solution’s headquarters at Circle Point 2, 11080 Circle Point Drive, part of the Circle Point Corporate Campus in Westminster, Colorado. The 29,731-square-foot office space was the final piece in completing Swisslog Healthcare’s goal to relocate its global headquarters from Denver’s Montbello industrial neighborhood to the tech-savvy Northwest Corridor. Circle Point 2 is located directly across 112th Avenue from the Swisslog state-of-the-art “Technology Center,” slated to be completed by March 2018.

“We worked closely with Swisslog to understand their current needs for an office space in the Denver Metro Area,” said Jason White, industrial broker associate with JLL. “Circle Point 2 not only supports their business goals, but also provides a desirable location along the Northwest Corridor to attract and retain top talent while allowing Swisslog employees to be located within a close proximity of each other.”

The 90-acre Circle Point Corporate Campus offers Class A office space originally developed as a private/public partnership with the City of Westminster. Master-planned as part of the City’s park system, the property’s three-acre park connects tenants with area jogging trails.

Located on the 5th and top floors of Circle Point 2, Swisslog will be able to watch the completion of their Technology Center right across the street. JLL also represented Swisslog on their 15-year Technology Center lease, in which they will occupy 67,779 square feet of the new 120,175-square-foot flex/industrial building, located at Interpark in Broomfield, to be developed by United Properties. Swisslog will be the leading tenant at Interpark and has secured an end unit in the multi-tenant Phase I building. The building is being designed and developed to suit Swisslog Healthcare’s unique industrial needs, which will include approximately 17,000 square feet of office/high-tech showroom space, a large scale pneumatic-tube system and light assembly/warehouse space.

JLL brokers Jason White, Billy Byrne and Mitch Zatz represented Swisslog in the Circle Point 2 and Interpark transactions. Swisslog will move into the Circle Point 2 space in January 2018 and the Interpark facility immediately upon completion.
