Mixed-Use Building Breaks Ground in Cherry Creek North

DENVERElevation Development Group, a Denver-based real estate firm that focuses on acquiring and developing commercial and residential properties in high barrier to entry submarkets, has broken ground on 260 N Josephine, a 70,000-square-foot mixed use building to be situated at the prominent corner of 3rd and Josephine street in Denver’s Cherry Creek North Shopping District.

The building will be comprised of premier ground floor retail, five levels of Class AA office space and three levels of below grade parking.

Open Studio is the architect of record who’s other projects include The Nichols Building and the HUB development in RiNo, a 275,000-square-foot mixed-use building.. GE Johnson is the general contractor on the project. The building will be delivered in the third quarter of 2019.

“We are excited about the opportunity to add a unique building to a very visible site in the Cherry Creek North submarket,” said Brent Farber, a principal with Elevation.
