Matt Williams Joins NKF Denver’s McGrath Tenant Representation Team
Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is expanding its local McGrath tenant representation team, with the addition of Matt Williams to the Denver office. The tenant rep associate recently joined the McGrath team to support business development efforts and overall client service as the team continues to grow its high-level tenant advisory practice.
In his role, Mr. Williams helps potential clients understand how they may be able to structure leases that maximize flexibility and minimize overall occupancy costs. “Mr. Williams experience developing business to business solutions to meet clients’ needs complements NKF’s client-focused service delivery perfectly,’ remarked Jim McGrath, executive managing director. “We are fortunate to have him as a valuable member of our team.”
Williams joined NKF after ten years with Telecrafter Products, a privately held manufacturing company, where he served as national sales manager for clients including AT&T, Comcast, Charter, Cox, Suddenlink and Time Warner. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.A. in sales and business marketing.
