DENVER – Texas-based developer Argyle Residential and architect Meeks + Partners are in the process of adding two new apartment buildings to the Denver skyline, a high rise development in the Jefferson Park neighborhood and another in Downtown Denver.

Located on a 0.35-acre site at the southeast corner of 13th and Delaware in downtown Denver, this apartment project recently began site work and has an estimated opening of March 2019.

The 14-story tower sits in Denver’s Civic Center and features a 9 over 5 metal stud design. The apartment community will have a total of 176 studio, one and two-bedroom options ranging from 328 sf micro-units, to 1,062 sf. 2-bedroom floor plans with a monthly rent of $1,000 – $2,750.

First floor features include retail as well as fitness and leasing offices. Level fourteen amenities include a sky lounge with a community kitchen and fireplace, as well as, an adjacent game room with a flatscreen TV. A large wrap around balcony with two grilling stations provides an outdoor social space with unmatched Denver skyline views.

13th and Delaware’s location is just minutes away from downtown and has easy access to a number of great retail, entertainment and dining options. Residents will have a short walk or drive to many Denver hot spots such as the Civic Center Park, Golden Triangle Creative District, Colorado State Capital and Lincoln Park.

Slated to break ground fourth quarter 2017, with a planned opening date of August 2019, this 12- story tower, which overlooks Interstate 25, will be among the tallest structures in the neighborhood and feature an 8 over 4 metal stud design.

The apartment community will have a total of 248 one and two-bedroom options ranging from 579 nrsf, to 1,222 nrsf. with a monthly rent of $1,350 – $2,950. Each apartment will come with one parking space per bedroom.
