DENVER — A new, 12-story residential, mixed-use building in downtown Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood is scheduled for completion in 2020.
Property Markets Group, a a premier real estate investment, development and general construction firm headquartered in New York, are new to the Denver market and this development will be the company’s first.
Denver-based Studio PBA is the architect for the building.
According to plans from Denver’s Community Planning and Development, the building will feature 70 one-bedroom units, 103 two-bedroom, 9 three-bedroom and 69 four-bedroom units.
Other features of the building include 203 parking spaces, a rooftop restaurant combined with an expansive pool deck and fire pit terrace, modern fitness facilities, a greenhouse, performance space, and abundant co-working space.
While the name for the building is yet to be finalized, PMG is referring to it as “X Denver” for the time being.
X Denver will be a part of PMG’s X Social Communities portfolio, a new multifamily housing division that offers both full-unit rentals and rent-by-bedroom options, as well as fully furnished studios, one bedrooms and bedroom units.
