Denver-based Tryba Architects is currently serving as the architect of record for 210 University, a 140,832-square-foot mixed-use office and retail development in Cherry Creek North.
Tryba is set to transform the building into a new boutique workplace environment for client Corum Real Estate Group, a Denver-based real estate firm specializing in property management, development, and asset management services. Corum acquired the asset in 2022 for $67.7 million.
According to Tryba’s website, the reinvented 210 University will present as a single building that reads as multiple structures in the streetscape. In addition, distinctive stepped terraces will provide signature outdoor amenity spaces for tenants on every floor. 210 University will offer tenants the opportunity to create an elevated expression of their company’s brand, culture and values.
“Uniquely crafted amenitized workspaces are designed to reflect the warmth and comfort of home. Biophilic design, natural daylight and strong connections to nature and the outdoors enhance health and wellness and promote connectivity. With a strong focus on hospitality and placemaking, 210 University will become a new gateway to Denver’s Cherry Creek North,” Tryba’s project description states.
Other projects Tryba is currently working on in Cherry Creek include West Clayton Lane, a new mixed-used retail and residential development located along the west side of Clayton Lane between 1st and 2nd Avenues. The project will feature a central outdoor lane and courtyard lined with a variety of dining options.
Tryba is also working with Alpine Investments to develop and design Timber225, a seven-story, Class A office and retail building that will redevelop the parking lots of the Cherry Cricket. Timber225 will be the first mass timber office structure in Cherry Creek North.
Practicing nationally from offices in Fort Worth, Dallas and Denver, Tryba Architects is an interdisciplinary architecture firm leading the transformation of buildings and sites into vibrant places connecting people, nature and the urban environment.
