Campden Property Trust, a Houston-based developer, has broken ground on a mixed-use development in RiNo, where Denver Hardware once stood.
According to the developer, the 233-unit “Campden RiNo” will include 193,000 square feet of net rentable space, as well as 3,500 square feet of retail/restaurant space, a 3-story building along Larimer Street and a 5-story building along Walnut Street, as well as a 359-space parking garage.
The architect is Houston-based Wallace Garcia Wilson and Camden Builders is the general contractor. Norris Design will serve as the landscape architect.
Construction should be complete in 2020.
