238-Unit Apartment Complex Coming to Denver’s Five Points

A 238-unit apartment complex is coming to 600 Park Ave. West in Five Points.

According to plans submitted by the city, Kansas City-based Alsation Land Co. is the developer.

600 Park Avenue will be a 13-story building with 45 studio units, 147 one-bedroom units, and 46 two-bedroom units.

Alsation purchased a parking lot in January for $5.163 million, which will be the site of the new complex. Jamie Goldman, marketing director at Kephart, says the project is expected to break ground in the first quarter of 2019.
