DENVER — Kairoi Residential, a premier, vertically integrated, multifamily investment, development and property management company headquartered in San Antonio with offices in Austin and Denver, recently submitted a Project Concept Review Plan to the city for a 36-story residential tower and five-story office tower for a site located at 1300 Market St. and 1301 Larimer St.

The project is yet to be approved by the Lower Downtown Design Review Board.

According to the city’s website, the residential tower will contain 169 apartments plus a leasing office and resident amenities, and sit on top of three levels of underground parking. The five-story office building will also sit above three levels of underground parking and will feature ground-floor retail space adjacent to a new public park at the corner of 14th and Larimer.
