The Petersen Development Co., which runs a natural pet food brand called Wild Calling! Pet Foods, has sold their 40,000-square-foot building in the HightPointe Business Park in west Greeley, to take advangate of Northern Colorado’s hot market.
Buyer IH Holdings Eleven — partnered with Kenneth Monfort, grandson of Greeley’s iconic cattle rancher and son of Rockies’ co-owner Charlie Monfort — believes Industrial is being underserviced in the area and that groups like his are looking at potentially building space out there for industrial.
