Cabela’s announced officially on Monday, October 3rd that Bass Pro Shops will acquire them in a $5.5 billion deal. Bass Pro Shops currently has locations in both Denver and Colorado Springs and Cabela’s has three stores, in Lone Tree, Thornton and Grand Junction.
