According to the Denver Business Journal, Evergreen Devco Inc. received initial rezoning approval from Aurora City Council on Monday to develop Buckley Yard, a new 44-acre mixed-use development proposed for the northeast corner of Alameda Parkway and Airport Boulevard intersection in Aurora.
The project includes commercial lots along Airport Boulevard and residential within the eastern portion of the project.
