A 59-acre parcel of land in Lakewood — located along West Sixth Avenue between Kipling Street and Union Boulevard — will be auctioned off by The U.S. General Services Administration.. The land is zoned for transit-oriented mixed-use.
The City of Lakewood has not expressed interest in the parcel but will make sure that whatever development occurs there, will be beneficial to the city.
