Four tenants recently opened their doors at 9+CO including:

Skin Laundry provides laser facial treatments with transformative results. Originally founded in Santa Monica, California, Skin Laundry now has more than 40 clinics globally in the US, London, Hong Kong, Dubai and Kuwait.

Established in 2017, Datura Home specializes in houseplants and pots, home accessories, jewelry, unique gifts and personal bath and body products. 9+CO is Datura’s second location.

“When looking to expand beyond our original Central Park location, we wanted to find someplace that had a similar vibe of people living, working, and shopping in a walkable community and 9+CO was the perfect fit,” said Jonah Bradley, owner of Datura Home.

Toastique is a boutique gourmet toast and juice bar franchise offering a fresh, chic, rustic experience that transitions from early on-the-go breakfast to corporate lunch to post-sweat session fuel up.

Sploot Veterinary Care is modernizing the veterinary experience with warm, modern clinics, tech-powered accessibility and primary and urgent care services all under one roof. 9+CO is Sploot’s second Denver location.

“We’re thrilled to bring Sploot Veterinary Care’s innovative approach to Denver at our new 9+CO location,” said Gil Bolotin, Co-CEO of Sploot. “Our modern, tech-powered clinics offer comprehensive care, making veterinary services more convenient and efficient for the pet-loving communities of Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Park Hill, and City Park. We’re not just a clinic; we’re proud to be a part of the 9+CO community, committed to elevating pet care standards in Denver.”

Two additional new tenants plan to open next year including:

Opening in March 2024, Ohm Fitness was founded by an alum of OrangeTheory Fitness and offers a customized, low-impact 25-minute workout via an Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) wireless bodysuit. After opening a test studio in Scottsdale in June 2022 the concept is now franchising, resulting in their first Denver location at 9+CO. The company currently has three franchises under development in Colorado.

Huntington Bancshares Incorporated is a $175 billion asset regional bank holding company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Founded in 1866, The Huntington National Bank and its affiliates provide consumers, small and middle-market businesses, corporations, municipalities, and other organizations with a comprehensive suite of banking, payments, wealth management, and risk management products and services. Huntington operates more than 1,100 branches in 12 states, with certain businesses operating in extended geographies. The 9+CO branch is anticipated to open in Q3 2024.

The 9+CO project is comprised of approximately two million square feet of mixed-use development on 26 acres. A highly walkable development, 9+CO is designed to complement and connect with the surrounding residential neighborhoods, integrating open space and pedestrian amenities with a mix of uses including residential, office, retail and entertainment – not to mention plentiful public parking.
