Two new Denver tenants are confirmed for World Trade Center Denver: Adam James International and Change Finance.
The project is located at 3800 Blake St. in RiNo and is expected to be complete in the second half of 2020. The development will include 260,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of rooftop and ground floor restaurant and retail space and a 40,000-square-foot business conference center. It will also include a flagship hotel with more than 260 rooms.
Formativ is the developer, OZ Architecture is the architect and JE Dunn Construction is building the project.
