Highlights
- This month, Denver ranked as the 3rd most expensive rental market.
- The price of one-bedroom units remained flat at $1,680, while two bedroom units fell 1.3% to $2,240.
The Most Expensive
- Broomfield was the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,940.
- Boulder was the second priciest with rent at $1,750.
- Denver ranked as third with rent at $1,680.
The Least Expensive
- Greeley was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,000.
- Englewood ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,150.
- Aurora placed third with rent at $1,270.
The Largest Decline (Y/Y%)
- Littleton had the largest annual rent price decline, falling 27.5%.
- Englewood saw rent drop 25.8%, making it second.
- Greeley was third with rent decreasing 16.7%.
The Largest Decline (M/M%)
- Englewood & Fort Collins rents tied for the largest monthly rent price decline, both falling 5.7%.
- Lakewood was second with rent dipping 3.4%.
- Boulder placed as third with rent decreasing 2.2%.
The Zumper Denver Metro Area Report analyzed active listings that hit the market last month. Listings are aggregated by city to calculate median asking rents.
