Rangeview High School Renovation

Rangeview High School

Flintco has been awarded the Rangeview High School Renovation project in Aurora, as part of the 2024 Aurora Public Schools (APS) Bond Program. Jacobs Project Management will serve as the Owner’s Representative for APS.

Originally built in 1982, Rangeview High School has undergone several additions and upgrades over the years. This latest renovation addresses critical infrastructure systems that have reached the end of their life cycle, including replacement of the main switchgear and fire alarm systems, roofing repairs, new doors and windows, and general building refresh.

The majority of construction will be executed during the summers of 2026 and 2027 to minimize impact on students and staff. With a focus on safety, reliability, and energy efficiency, the project reflects APS’s commitment to maintaining secure, modern learning environments that support student success.

Monument Fire District

The Monument Fire District and NV5 have selected Flintco to construct Fire Station No. 3, a new 18,000-square-foot facility in Monument, designed by OZ Architecture. The project is anticipated to begin construction in February 2026.

The new station will include residential living quarters with 10 bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and dayroom, fitness room, offices, and a four-bay pull-through apparatus bay.

Flintco’s partnership with the Monument Fire District began more than two years ago through renovations at existing stations. This latest award reflects the trust and collaboration built between Flintco, Monument Fire, NV5, and OZ Architecture—furthering our shared commitment to quality, safety, and service to the community.

Flintco was founded in 1908 and maintains eight full-service offices. The company is registered or licensed in 34 states, and offers a full range of construction services, including: preconstruction services, construction management, design-build, general contracting, and project and program management.
