Aspendale, a new active adult housing brand from Denver-based Headwaters Group, is experiencing strong early interest in its Littleton community, with over 25 leases already signed since pre-leasing began. Located at 5355 S. Alkire St., Aspendale Littleton is the brand’s third Colorado community designed for adults 55 and above, offering modern living with a focus on independence, connection and wellness.
With the official Welcome Center scheduled to open later this year, Aspendale Littleton currently has a temporary office in place, offering prospective residents the opportunity to tour the community, review floor plans and learn more about Aspendale’s lifestyle-focused approach to 55+ living. In addition, Aspendale Littleton has named MJ Hampton as community manager for Aspendale Littleton, bringing leadership and experience that will guide the resident experience from pre-opening through full occupancy.

Construction on the three-story development began in September 2024 and topped out in August 2025. The project is expected to receive a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in May 2026, with the first residents moving in shortly thereafter.
Aspendale Littleton will feature 190 thoughtfully designed apartment homes anchored by a two-story clubhouse spanning more than 10,000 square feet. Amenities will include fitness and wellness areas, creative studios, gathering spaces for events and programming and a full calendar of social activities. Situated on a scenic site with views of downtown Denver, Mount Evans, Pikes Peak, Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre and sweeping eastern sunrises, the community offers a one-of-a-kind lifestyle in a highly desirable location.
