Brad Marsh Joins Brinkman Construction as Vice President of Organizational Development

Brinkman Construction has welcomed Brad Marsh as its new vice president of organizational development, a leadership role focused on strengthening the company’s people strategies and supporting its continued growth.
Bringing more than two decades of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Marsh has built his career helping companies grow through thoughtful talent development and culture-focused initiatives. His background spans both the construction and technology sectors, including senior leadership roles at Saunders Construction, The Broe Group, Haselden Construction, Sun Microsystems, and TTEC. Marsh also served on the Board of Trustees for Contractors Health Trust and the Centennial State Carpenters. Additionally, he was involved with Prosper Colorado Leadership Council and Colorado Inclusive Economy.
In his new role, Marsh will lead efforts that support the full employee experience, from recruitment and development to long-term engagement. He will also help refine internal systems that connect people, operations, and performance to ensure Brinkman Construction continues to evolve in a sustainable and intentional way.

Highside Companies Appoints Two New Team Members

National real estate firm Highside Companies announced the addition of two new team members. Joe DeTello joins Highside as vice president of investments, and Abby Venhaus will serve as development manager.
DeTello brings nearly a decade of end-to-end commercial real estate experience across capital markets, underwriting, and asset management, with a specialized focus in extended-stay hospitality acquisitions and developments. With a BS from Cornell University and more than $500 million in transaction experience across 12 states, he possesses a breadth of expertise in leveraging data-driven analysis, investor relations and institutional grade financial modeling to drive portfolio performance and optimization.
Venhaus has more than eight years’ experience in real estate development and construction, with a rich focus in build-to-suit and location-based entertainment developments. She holds a BS in civil engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, as well as an MS in real estate and the built environment from the University of Denver.

Ware Malcomb Names Alicia Pandimos Maurer Director/Leader of its Science & Technology Practice Area

Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, announced that Alicia Pandimos Maurer has joined the firm as firmwide practice leader and director, Science & Technology, based in its Denver office. In this role, she will lead the firm’s dedicated capabilities in this sector, collaborating across all its offices to achieve growth, deliver innovative strategies, and enhance client satisfaction in the dynamic fields of science and technology.

Pandimos Maurer brings to Ware Malcomb more than 20 years of S&T industry experience, having worked with a variety of large design firms as well as leading her own lab planning and design consultancy. Her professional depth in lab planning and lab equipment planning, along with design experience gained from an array of diverse projects, such as cell culture and DNA/RNA labs, vivaria, and small molecule/cell-based manufacturing, help build upon Ware Malcomb’s significant firmwide capabilities in the sector.
Pandimos Maurer is a thought leader in her field and an active contributor to numerous publications and industry associations, such as International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL). She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Temple University and her Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University. She currently resides in Colorado and serves as a Founding Board Member and Membership Chair for the Colorado Chapter of I2SL.
