CBRE Promotes Jenny Knowlton, Charley Will and Chad Flynn to Executive Vice Presidents


CBRE announced that Jenny Knowlton, Charley Will, and Chad Flynn have all been promoted to executive vice presidents in CBRE’s Denver office.
Together, Knowlton, Will and Flynn lead a six-person Capital Markets team in Denver and specialize in office and mixed-use investment sales. They have completed more than 30 million sq. ft. of transactions totaling over $15 billion in consideration throughout Colorado, Arizona, Utah and the broader Rocky Mountain region.
The group joined CBRE in 2014 and have since worked on over 400 property sales/recapitalizations, including many of the region’s highest profile assets.

Knowlton, Will and Flynn are a part of CBRE’s National Office Partners, a group of top capital markets located in strategic markets across the U.S. sharing insights to enhance business practices.

St. John Properties Promotes Nicole Skorka to Director of Property Management

St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management company, has promoted Nicole Skorka to director of property management in the Colorado regional office. Skorka joined the company as property manager in 2023 and has more than 12 years of property management, real estate, and business experience.
In her expanded role, Skorka will lead a team of property and asset management professionals responsible for maintaining operations and preserving the value of the company’s 1.4 million square foot portfolio of commercial office and flex/R&D business communities throughout the greater Denver area. Her responsibilities include ensuring best-in-class interior and exterior environments that meet the diverse needs of tenants, overseeing capital improvement programs, fostering strong tenant relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction, managing third-party vendors, and establishing and upholding budgets.
Skorka is a LEED Green Associate and a graduate of the ULI Colorado Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program, a comprehensive real estate development training initiative for women and people of color. She is also an active member of Denver Metro BOMA and currently serves on its board of directors.
St. John Properties entered the Colorado market in 1987. Signature projects developed and managed by the company include Corporate Center, a fourteen-building 600,000 square foot business community in Golden; Simms Technology Park, a mixed-use development in Broomfield configured to support nearly 600,000 square feet of space; Sixth Avenue Place, a 145,000 square foot project in Golden; and Walnut Creek Business Park, which contains more than 200,000 square feet of space in the city of Westminster.
