Clubhouse Work & Golf, a first-of-its-kind coworking community built around an indoor golf club, has signed a lease amendment to expand its existing location at the Triad building in the Denver Tech Center. The expansion will add 30 new private offices at 5680 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., with the additional space expected to open this fall 2026.

The Greenwood Village location launched as the company’s first workspace and reached full office capacity in just over a year. The expansion will add offices on the 4th floor of the Triad building and include two additional Trackman iO simulators, two conference rooms, and front range mountain views, increasing capacity for professionals and growing teams seeking flexible workspace in the Denver Tech Center.

“The speed at which our first location filled up showed us there’s real demand for a workspace that combines flexibility with a professional community connected by a shared passion for golf,” said Josh Kaplan, founder of Clubhouse Work & Golf. “Adding additional offices allows us to support more teams while continuing to evolve the model based on how our members actually use the space.”

The expansion comes as coworking continues to gain momentum across the United States. According to data from Yardi, coworking space nationwide now totals more than 158 million square feet across nearly 8,800 locations, up from 115 million square feet across about 5,800 locations just three years ago. Independent operators have driven much of that growth, with single-site coworking locations increasing 66% in the past three years to more than 3,500 locations.

Clubhouse was designed as a professional office environment first, with golf integrated into the membership experience as a tool for networking and client engagement. The concept centers on private offices and long-term memberships, with shared amenities that support collaboration and community among members.
The expansion also follows the company’s recently announced plans to open a second Clubhouse Work & Golf location in Cherry Creek at 720 South Colorado Boulevard. The 23,000-square-foot workspace, expected to open in late summer 2026, will feature 65 private offices, coworking space, meeting rooms and five Trackman golf simulators across two floors.

David Shirazi and Trevor Curtis of JLL brokered the lease amendment. The landlord was represented by Ryan Stout, Zach Williams and Caitlin Ellenson with
Cushman & Wakefield. Businesses and individuals interested in the Greenwood Village location may join the waitlist for early access to office selection and membership details at www.clubhouseworkandgolf.com
