Wold Architects & Engineers Promotes 3 in Denver

Wold Architects & Engineers, a full-service planning, architecture and engineering firm specializing in education, government, healthcare and senior living design, announced the promotions of Bryan Hicks, Ellis Joyner, Cody Knoblock to its associates leadership team in Denver.

Since joining Wold in 2020, Hicks has worked across the firm’s education and government specialties to develop a unique cross-functional perspective. No matter the project, he has a passion for human-centered design that enhances a sense of place and encourages community for occupants. As both an architect and a project manager, he is driven to exceed client needs through collaboration and durable, strategic design. He earned his bachelor’s in architecture from Miami University and his master’s in architecture from the University of Michigan. 

Cody Knoblock

Joyner’s wide-ranging project experience, from airport and school renovations to residential construction and food services, has sharpened his ability to drive innovation on Wold’s in-house engineering team. His leadership on our in-house engineering team creates a seamless, collaborative experience for our clients that enhances accuracy, increases efficiency and accelerates timelines. His attention to detail delivers successful projects on time and to the highest standards. He earned his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. 

With 20 years of experience, Knoblock leverages his expertise in architecture, project management and construction administration to service clients. His broad expertise has cultivated a deep understanding of every step of the design and construction phases that allows him to translate ideas from construction documents into quality craftsmanship in every completed project. He is especially skilled in guiding clients in sustainable systems and material selection that promotes a green approach to facility improvements. He graduated from Norwich University with a bachelor’s in architectural studies.

Howell Construction welcomes Marketing Coordinator Brooke MacDonald and Project Manager Tyler Wagner to the team, supporting Howell’s sustained growth and commitment to excellent performance.

Brooke MacDonald is a creative, driven designer joining Howell as a marketing coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Oregon and has over four years of industry experience. Brooke brings a unique set of experiences to the team and will support the marketing department as Howell continues to strengthen its industry presence.

“Brooke’s fresh perspectives, energy, and innovative approach will play an important role in our initiative to elevate our brand and continue to build momentum in the marketplace,” said Howell Vice President, Todd Berry.

With over seven years of experience managing projects and estimating initiatives, Tyler Wagner joins the team as a Project Manager. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Wagner offers a strong foundation in both construction and preconstruction processes, positioning him to lead project teams to successful outcomes.
