FlatIron Crossing, the premier shopping destination serving the North Denver metro area, has announced its next major chapter of curated retail momentum. In addition to the arrival of DICK’S House of Sport, a dynamic and immersive new retail experience set to open in early 2027 in the former Nordstrom space, the retail property will also welcome popular modern brands, including Vuori, Warby Parker, 7th Avenue, and Rowan, further cementing the center’s position as a top-tier retail and lifestyle hub.
“As mayor, I’m excited to see DICK’S Sporting Goods expand and bring this new, experience-focused store to FlatIron Crossing. This will be more than a retail space—it will be a place for people of all ages and abilities to engage, try new activities, and be part of an active community,” said Guyleen Castriotta, mayor of Broomfield. “This investment reflects Broomfield’s strong, business-friendly environment and a community where partnerships continue to thrive. It’s a great example of a successful public-private partnership and what can be accomplished when we work together to support long-term investment in our city.”
Here’s a closer look at what’s coming:
- DICK’S House of Sport (opening 2027): This massive, approximately 130,000-square-foot experiential store—one of the largest in Colorado—will explore the future of retail, combining an incredible product assortment with immersive, multi-sport in-store experiences. The location will feature a climbing wall, multiple golf bays with TrackMan™ simulators, and HitTrax™ multi-sport cages for baseball, softball, and soccer, allowing athletes to test gear and measure performance. Attached to the store will also be an approximately 18,000-square-foot field that becomes an ice skating rink during colder months.
- Warby Parker (opening fall 2026): Recognized for its designer eyewear at a revolutionary price point, Warby Parker will bring its seamlessly integrated optical consumer experience to FlatIron Crossing, offering a full selection of prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.
- Vuori (opening 2027): Drawing inspiration from the active California lifestyle, Vuori offers a new perspective on performance apparel with premium, ethically made clothing that transitions seamlessly from fitness to everyday life.
- 7th Avenue (opening 2027): Redefining functional luxury for the home, 7th Avenue brings its modular, high-end, and sustainable sofas to the center, offering shoppers a chance to experience the intersection of modern design and everyday comfort.
- Rowan (opening fall 2026): Redefining the ear piercing experience, Rowan brings a unique combination of licensed medical professionals and hypoallergenic jewelry to the center, offering a safe, celebratory, and premium piercing experience for all ages.
“We are incredibly proud to welcome one of Colorado’s largest DICK’S House of Sport—with a skating rink and so much more—alongside dynamic brands including Gen Z favorite Vuori, Warby Parker, 7th Avenue and Rowan,” said Kate Taggart, general manager of FlatIron Crossing. “Bringing these experiential and popular modern brands to the center is another step in delivering an elevated, discovery-filled experience for the Broomfield community and beyond.”
These updates build directly upon the transformation that’s already well underway at FlatIron Crossing. This latest wave of arrivals follows the recently announced retail lineup that includes Abercrombie & Fitch, Earthbound Trading Company, Garage, gorjana, Levi’s and a new kiosk-style Starbucks, which will together continue to position the shopping center as a premier, multi-dimensional destination.
