The Denver Broncos have officially opened their long-awaited Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit, marking a major milestone for the organization as players reported for the start of 2026 training camp this week.
The approximately 205,000-square-foot, three-story headquarters and training complex in Englewood—by global design firm HOK—replaces the team’s previous football operations facilities and represents a $175 million investment in one of the NFL’s most advanced training environments.
The new training center, which officially opened its doors on July 13 after nearly two years of construction, was designed with a focus on enhancing player health and performance. The headquarters features underground parking, and the new weight room, expanded locker room and indoor practice facility are all connected to the main building. The training center also features an additional 21,000-plus square feet of player space, which is approximately one-third larger than the team’s previous space.
The Broncos first unveiled plans for the redevelopment in 2023, positioning the project as a complete modernization of the team’s longtime Dove Valley campus. Construction remained on schedule, allowing players and staff to move into the facility just as training camp commenced this week.
“Our players deserve the very best,” Broncos President Damani Leech said when the project was announced, describing the development as an investment in both organizational culture and long-term competitiveness.
Players arriving for training camp this week were among the first to occupy the completed facility.
Cornerback Pat Surtain II said the new headquarters is unlike anything he has experienced in the league, while guard Quinn Meinerz described the upgraded environment as a reflection of the Broncos’ commitment to winning.
The opening concludes a significant capital project that has transformed the Broncos’ longtime Englewood campus while reinforcing the team’s investment in Colorado ahead of its proposed future stadium development in central Denver.
With veteran players reporting July 28 and the first public practice scheduled for July 31, the facility now serves as the centerpiece of preparations for the 2026 NFL season.
