CODA Construction Group is celebrating its 18th anniversary, marking nearly two decades of delivering high-quality commercial construction projects, building trusted client partnerships and expanding its footprint across Colorado’s Front Range.
Founded in 2008 with a team of just three employees, CODA has grown to nearly a 30-person operation, increasing its annual project volume from approximately 50 projects to an average of 275 today. Over the past 18 years, the company has delivered more than 2,800 commercial construction projects and expanded its service area from the Denver metro region to communities throughout the I-25 corridor, from Longmont to Colorado Springs.

CODA has strengthened its position as a trusted construction partner for healthcare providers, delivering medical offices, ambulatory surgery centers, dental practices, vision clinics and other specialty healthcare facilities throughout Colorado. Beyond healthcare, the company continues to expand its portfolio of commercial office interiors and tenant improvements, serving owners, developers and businesses throughout the Front Range. CODA is also currently constructing its largest project to date, underscoring the company’s continued momentum and expertise in the industry.
As the company looks toward the future, CODA plans to continue expanding its presence in the healthcare and commercial office renovation markets while strengthening strategic client partnerships through repeat business. CODA is also investing in operational excellence and enhanced project delivery processes to better serve clients and employees while supporting the company’s long-term success.
