SERHANT. Brings AI-Powered Brokerage Platform to Denver

SERHANT. Colorado founding agents

SERHANT., the AI-native real estate and media company, has announced the launch of SERHANT. Colorado, bringing its proprietary AI platform, S.MPLE, and the largest media reach in real estate to the Denver metro market. The expansion adds 11 founding agents to the firm, as well as an elite roster of agents who have closed $1B in sales, the largest single-market entry by volume for the firm to date, and follows this year’s launches in Texas and California.

Founded by Ryan Serhant, star and executive producer of Netflix’s hit series Owning Manhattan, SERHANT. has built one of the most recognizable names in modern real estate and, with more than 10 million followers across social channels is the most followed real estate brand in the world. In addition, all SERHANT. agents get access to S.MPLE, its proprietary technology platform that puts AI-powered tools for lead generation, marketing, and transaction management in the hands of every agent, and it is one of the few brokerages built AI-native from the ground up rather than retrofitted for it.

“Denver is one of the most exciting markets in the country right now, and the agents joining us are already some of its best. What we give them is a different kind of leverage: AI tools through S.MPLE that take over the work that used to eat their day, and a media engine that puts their listings in front of millions,” said Ryan Serhant, founder & CEO. “No one else is putting that kind of firepower behind their agents, and we’re excited to bring our model to Colorado.”

Rebecca Ferguson leads SERHANT. Colorado as managing director in Denver. Ferguson brings more than 12 years in real estate, with a career focused on developing talent and building high-performing brokerage cultures. She most recently served as managing broker for Kentwood Real Estate’s Cherry Creek office, where the team she managed ranked #1 in production and sides in Denver for its office size two years running. She previously held leadership roles as a sales coach with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and as managing broker with Realty Executives. A member of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, Ferguson leads with an agent-first approach rooted in coaching, mentorship, and collaboration, keeping her agents’ success at the center of how she builds and manages her team.

“I couldn’t be more excited to launch SERHANT. in Colorado. Denver’s luxury market has incredible momentum right now, and the timing couldn’t be better to bring fresh energy to it,” said Ferguson. What excites me most is bringing together Denver’s top producers under one roof. There’s nothing more rewarding than leading agents who are already at the top of their game and helping them reach even further. I’m honored to be part of the team building what’s next for luxury real estate here.”

While SERHANT is best known for its residential brokerage, the company also has an established commercial real estate presence across its markets, with plans to bring that expertise to Denver.

“It’s not a separate division, but commercial is absolutely part of what we do. SERHANT has commercial agents active in every market we operate in, and as we expand, Denver will be no exception. Rather than siloing it off, commercial expertise lives right alongside our residential team, so clients get the same platform and the same level of service no matter what kind of deal they’re doing,” explains Ferguson.

SERHANT. Colorado will initially operate from a temporary office at 205 Detroit St., Floor 2, in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood, with plans to open a permanent office at a later date.

“SERHANT. will be opening a physical office in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood. We are starting in a temporary space and plan to scale into a larger footprint as the team grows in the market,” says Ferguson.

The Colorado launch lands just weeks ahead of Sell It ’26: Move Forward, the annual flagship event by Sell It, the sales education platform founded by Ryan Serhant, which will bring its global network to Denver on September 24 and 25 at the Seawell Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. The two-day event centers on AI, technology, and the future of the business, with keynotes from Ryan Serhant and skateboarding icon and entrepreneur Tony Hawk. The conference closes with a private takeover of the immersive Meow Wolf Denver that doubles as the official SERHANT. Colorado launch celebration, underscoring the firm’s investment in its newest market.
