Project Growth in Colorado Prompts Opus Promotions in Denver Office
Opus announced the promotions of three associates in its Denver office as the company continues to expand its presence and capabilities across Colorado and the western United States. Eric Chamberlin was promoted to the newly created position of vice president and general manager of real estate development. Jaymes Kralicek and Nick Lauters were each promoted to vice president of construction.
Opus is a national leader in commercial real estate development and construction with nine offices and projects across the country. The promotions support the company’s strategic plan, announced in 2025, which prioritizes continued geographic expansion, and reflect strong demand for Opus’ development and construction capabilities across Colorado and the western United States.

Chamberlin, who holds a degree in economics from the University of Colorado and a law degree from the University of Denver, has nearly 20 years of industry experience. He joined Opus in 2020 and has contributed to numerous high-profile industrial and multifamily projects, including Forge at Peak Innovation Park, the company’s first project in Colorado Springs; The Bellwether; Sun Empire; and Kalaco. In his new role, Chamberlin provides leadership for Opus’ Denver-based development teams and oversee all Colorado operations.

Kralicek has 17 years of industry experience and has completed more than 1.7 million square feet of industrial and multifamily space, including 839 multifamily units. He joined Opus in 2016 and has led projects including 1919 Mile High, The Bellwether and Catalyst Industrial.
Lauters, who joined Opus in 2006, has 20 years of construction experience and has completed more than 1.6 million square feet of industrial and multifamily space across Arizona and Colorado. He has played a key role on projects including Envision 56, Catalyst Industrial and Kalaco.
Kimpton Claret Hotel Appoints Marley Brown as New Director of Food & Beverage
The Kimpton Claret Hotel, a boutique property within IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio, announced the appointment of Marley Brown as its new director of food & beverage. With over 15 years of multi-unit operations experience spanning food, beverage, events, and lodging, Brown oversees all culinary operations at the property, including its flagship Italian-inspired restaurant, Saverina, and the lively Halo Rooftop Bar, the highest open-air bar in Denver.
Brown applies a philosophy of “Hospitality over Service,” prioritizing genuine warmth and connection to deliver the signature “Kimpton Moments” for guests. Her vision for the property includes expanding Saverina’s local presence around its signature pasta and sourdough pizza, while refining the energetic atmosphere at Halo Rooftop Bar. Central to this vision is elevating brand awareness within the community, positioning the hotel and its dining concepts as defining pillars of the property’s identity as an anchor of the growing lifestyle scene of Denver’s Belleview Station and the Denver Tech Center.
Brown brings a strong track record of operational and financial growth, having managed budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy across portfolios representing up to $400 million in annual revenue. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of business operations for Richard Sandoval Hospitality, where she directed corporate operations, culinary strategy, and business development across 60 owned, operated, and licensed units globally. Before that, as Director of Operations for The Kitchen Restaurant Group, she oversaw four restaurants and event spaces, managed corporate culinary and purchasing teams, and led major initiatives, including a $15 million venue build-out.

Collegiate Peaks Bank Promotes Suzette Gasca to Senior Credit Manager
Collegiate Peaks Bank, Division of Glacier Bank, announced the promotion of Suzette Gasca to senior credit manager. In her new role, she will oversee both the Portfolio Management Department and the Credit Analyst Team.
Suzette began her journey with the bank’s division in Idaho as an intern and has worked in several different capacities in commercial lending since starting her career the bank. Since 2022, she has successfully led the Portfolio Management Team, playing a key role in its growth and success while earning the trust and respect of her team and coworkers.
Suzette began her banking career in 2017 through an internship partnership with her alma mater, Idaho State University, and local businesses, including Citizens Community Bank. After completing her internship, she was hired as a loan assistant and completed her MBA.
