Revel Strength & Wellness has completed an approximately $750,000 investment to launch a health and wellness collective in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood, bringing independently owned fitness, wellness and service businesses together in a 3,000-square-foot space.

The space expands to approximately 4,000 square feet when including the outdoor yard and is designed to accommodate a range of health, fitness and wellness businesses under a shared operating model.

Revel officially launched the full collective Oct. 3 after opening its businesses and services in phases beginning in June.

The project was developed by co-owners Corby Felsher and Brandon Harkey, founder of The Gym, which brought an established fitness community to the project, with approximately 250 existing members. Revel has capacity for approximately 600 memberships as its newer offerings continue to grow.

The businesses operating within Revel remain independently owned and operated. Revel provides management services and creates opportunities for the businesses to share resources, collaborate and refer clients across specialties.

The concept is partly based on Felsher’s experience in the hospitality industry, including his involvement with The Golden Mill in Golden. He said the food hall’s ability to bring independently operated businesses together under one roof helped inform the Revel concept.

A Multi-Tenant Wellness Model

Rather than functioning as a traditional gym or single-provider wellness center, Revel brings multiple independent operators into one location.

Revel co-owner Corby Felsher summarized the concept this way: “It’s everybody together, working on the same body.”

The businesses were selected in part for their willingness to collaborate with practitioners in other disciplines and refer clients when another provider may be better suited to address their needs.

The collective currently includes:

  • The Gym: Strength training, group classes, open gym and barbell coaching.
  • Revel Yoga & Pilates: Revel-owned yoga and Pilates programming.
  • Apto Physical Therapy: Physical therapy and integrative rehabilitation, including pelvic and women’s health.
  • SILK Thai Bodywork: Thai massage, assisted stretching and therapeutic bodywork.
  • Megan Rogers, LCSW / Integrative Therapy + Coaching: Psychotherapy, integrative therapy and coaching.
  • Mile One Wellness: Nutrition coaching, body composition, strength and performance services.
  • Onus IV: IV therapy and longevity services.
  • Dirt Nurse: Houseplants, flowers, bonsai and terrariums within the Revel lounge.
  • The Sauna: Revel-owned dry sauna and recovery services.
  • Café Arrieros: Single-origin Colombian coffee from a location in the Revel parking lot.

The full launch gives Revel a broader tenant and service mix while allowing the individual businesses to maintain independent ownership.

For Harkey and Felsher, the model is intended to create a shared destination that combines fitness, wellness, recovery and related services while leveraging the existing customer base and community around The Gym.

With approximately 600 memberships available at full capacity, Revel expects its newer offerings to continue building on the 250-member base established by The Gym.
