Following four years of failed negotiations, today, Democratic Colorado legislators and business leaders finally reached an agreement to pass the construction-defects reform bill. As previously reported, an agreement was delayed for the third time just last week. The reform is hoped to increase the construction of more condominium’s in Denver, by restricting the grounds for which homeowners can file a lawsuit against builders over construction defects.
