According to the development team behind LoDo’s Dairy Block — McWhinney, Sage and Grand American — an innovative new pedestrian alley that will run through the center of Dairy Block, bounded by 18th, 19th, Wazee and Blake streets, will be lined with restaurants, bars and retail storefronts.
