Proposed Top Golf in Thornton Hits a Snag

According to The Denver Post, an Adams County district judge has ruled that the City of Thornton failed to follow its own zoning laws when Dallas-based Topgolf was granted a permit to build a proposed  three-story, 102-bay driving range.
