A 16,459-square-foot historic building in Fort Collins, occupied by Harmony School Christian Early Childhood Center, has sold to The Town Church of Fort Collins.
Located at 2112 E. Harmony Road, the two-building, two-story property sits on 1.55 acres at the corner of Harmony and Timberline roads, the highest traffic volume intersection in Fort Collins. The property was built in 1931 and has been home to the preschool since it was completely renovated, including the addition of a full-size gymnasium, in 1997. The Town Church and the preschool will share the property beginning May 18.
Annah More and Steve Stoecker with CBRE’s Fort Collins office represented the seller, In-Harmony, LLC.
“Under the new ownership of The Town Church, Harmony School plans to continue to serve our community in two ways: gathered worship of Jesus Christ and the continued home for Harmony School Christian Early Childhood Center. We look forward to working together to make the most of this special property,” said Cathy Hutchison, director, Harmony School and Eric Reeves, The Town Church pastor.
The property sits across the street from the UCHealth Harmony Campus and has convenient access to Interstate 25 via East Harmony Road.
