Two apartment complexes in Centennial, previously owned by California-based real estate firm Kennedy Wilson Holdings Inc., have been sold to separate buyers for
Villas at Holly, located at 6760 Glencoe St., sold for $26.25 million to Atlanta-based Triumph Management Group.
Villas at Homestead, located at 6857 S. Homestead Parkway, sold for $65.35 million to California-based Jackson Square Properties.
