Xactly Corp, a leading technology company with offices around the world and big growth plans for the Denver office, is currently leasing a 40,000-square- foot space on two floors of the Chase Tower in downtown Denver. The company recently selected Abel Design Group for the design of the space and on Friday, September 27, Abel Design Group was announced as the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Rocky Mountain Chapter BESTawards “People’s Choice” winner for project Xactly Corp.

More than 200 employees, from engineers to sales department personnel, work in the Denver office. Xactly Corp hosted two Denver Startup Week 2019 events at the company headquarters. The design includes an internal staircase connecting the two floors that the company occupies.

“From the very beginning, we knew that with a forward thinking client and a fully collaborative team that included the leasing partners, Xactly’s office would be nothing short of perfect for them,” stated Laura Swank, associate principal, Abel Design Group. “We were tasked with a design that enhanced culture, improved workflow, and did not sacrifice efficiency.  At the same time, it was extremely important to creatively integrate their core values.”

In 2017, Xactly deepened its presence in Denver, making it the company’s Center of Excellence. In the past year, Xactly Corp has grown its headcount by more than 100 percent and expanded its investment in the Denver area.

“Denver is one of the fastest-growing technology markets in North America, and we are proud to join forces with the startup community to discuss important topics and ultimately, build a stronger future in this city,” said Chris Cabrera, founder and CEO of Xactly Corp. “It’s critical for entrepreneurs, company founders, developers, designers, and others to come together to share strategies on how to build vibrant, healthy technology companies.”
